Pond performance

FCR uses recorded feed divided by estimated biomass gain, including recorded removed biomass. Sample-based biomass and FCR are estimates. Missing dead-fish weights make FCR unavailable rather than falsely precise. For more accurate cycle FCR, weigh harvests and record all losses.
